1.) Chiropractic:
- Chiropractic care focuses on the health of your spine, joints, and nervous system to help your body move and feel its best. Gentle adjustments are used to restore proper alignment, reduce pain, and improve mobility. Many people seek chiropractic care for back pain, neck pain, headaches, or posture concerns, but it can also support overall wellbeing and keep your body functioning at its best.
2.) Acupuncture:
- Acupuncture is a gentle, natural therapy that has been used for thousands of years to support health and wellbeing. It works by placing very fine, sterile needles at specific points on the body to encourage balance, improve circulation, and release tension.
- Many people find acupuncture helpful for easing pain, reducing stress, improving sleep, boosting energy, and supporting recovery from injuries. Because it works with your body’s own healing response, it’s a safe and drug-free option that can be tailored to your individual needs.
- Treatments are relaxing, and most patients describe the experience as calming and restorative—often leaving with a sense of ease and wellbeing.
3.) Massage Therapy:
- Massage therapy is a relaxing, hands-on treatment that helps release muscle tension, improve circulation, and support your body’s natural healing process. It can ease everyday aches and pains, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with stiffness, or simply in need of some “me time,” massage therapy is a safe and restorative way to feel better in both body and mind.
4.) Stemwave treatments:
- “Shockwave therapy: fast, gentle relief for stubborn aches and pains.”
- Shockwave therapy is a gentle, non-surgical treatment that helps your body heal itself. Using pulses of sound waves, it targets areas of pain or injury to boost circulation, break down tight tissue, and speed up recovery.
- It’s especially helpful for stubborn problems like heel pain (plantar fasciitis), tennis or golfer’s elbow, shoulder pain, or long-lasting tendon and muscle issues. Many people notice improvements after just a few sessions, with little to no downtime.
- The treatment is quick, safe, and drug-free—making it a great option if you’re looking to ease pain, restore movement, and get back to doing the things you love.
- Most patients experience relief after just a few sessions, with minimal downtime and side effects. The therapy is safe, effective, and supported by clinical research as a valuable option for managing chronic pain and soft tissue injuries.
5.) Pregnancy care:
- Chiropractic care during pregnancy is a safe and gentle way to support your changing body. As your posture shifts and extra pressure is placed on your spine and joints, chiropractic adjustments can help ease back pain, reduce pelvic discomfort, and improve overall mobility. Many expectant mothers also find it helps them feel more balanced and comfortable as their pregnancy progresses. Care is always tailored to you and your baby, with techniques designed to be both gentle and supportive.
6.) Manual traction:
- A gentle hands-on stretch that relieves pressure in the lower back, eases pain, and restores mobility.
7.) Hydromassage:
- HydroMassage is a relaxing treatment that uses warm water and gentle pressure to soothe tired muscles and release tension—all without getting wet. As you lie back, waves of water move through the body to ease soreness, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation. It’s a comfortable, stress-relieving experience that leaves you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and re-energized.
8.) Cupping Therapy
- A natural treatment that uses gentle suction to ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation.

The History of Chiropractic Care
The word “Chiropractic” is derived from the Greek words “cheir” (hand) and “praktos” (done) combined to mean “done by hand.” It was chosen by the developer of chiropractic care, Daniel David Palmer. In 1895, D.D. Palmer performed a chiropractic adjustment on a partially deaf janitor, Harvey Lillard, who later reported that his hearing had improved due to the change.
D.D. Palmer opened the first chiropractic school two years later, and in the century since, chiropractic professionals have used spinal adjustments to help people prevent and cope with back pain, carpal tunnel, muscle strain, headaches and migraines, and a variety of other physical ailments. Millions of people benefit from the work of Dr. Palmer today.

"I went to Dr Block during a time when I had a back injury. Within 2 visits my back pain was non-existent. During one visit I mentioned a bad knee and she worked on it and it slipped at a much lesser rate. Professional, excellent listener, I recommend."
